All customers must read Wittle Bill's Conditions, Shipping and Return policies outlined below prior to ordering. Failure to do so will be your liability should a problem arise.
Conditions
All content on this site, in whole or portion, is owned and operated by Wittle Bill's, ecrater.com and its partners. Its content shall not be copied or used in any way without expressed permission. Any unauthorized use of Wittle Bill's payment module, other than to make a purchase will not be tolerated and anyone found to be in violation will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. By using this site to make a purchase from Wittle Bill's, you are stating that you agree to its Conditions of use and Shipping & Return Policies. If you do not agree, please do not make a purchase.
Shipping
All merchandise will be shipped using any method of our descretion via the United States Postal Service unless other arrangments have been made and all extra fees, if any, have been paid. Insurance, package and handling fees may be applied to some items at our descretion and will already be included in the shipping price.
Returns
If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you have a full 10 days from the date you recieve your merchandise to return it for a full refund of the purchased price. Please understand that shipping charges will not be refunded. Furthermore, if you decide to return your merchandise, you will be responsible for any shipping charges incurred. If you are sent the wrong item by mistake, shipping charges incurred to return the item/items will be refunded to you and your correct merchandise will be shipped to you at no extra cost.
